I am a huge nerd who has grown up around cameras, games and movies. My dad worked for Kodak and in the good old days we got rolls and development for free. My first console was the NES and I got my first computer at around age 10. I would make websites and gifs as a teen.
My love for Lord of The Rings took me to New Zealand for film school in 2008. I was on a National Geographic expedition in Vietnam as camera assistant in 2011. I bought my first car after focus pulling a commercial for McDonalds in Switzerland in 2015.
After a few years on set I wanted to work more by the computer. I cut tv-trailers at a company that also made game trailers. I helped the game department out as often as I could since that was where I really wanted to be. Later on I would head that department.
I have now been working with game capture and editing game trailers for a few years. Most recently I shot and edited three game play trailers for assets surrounding the Minecraft movie. I had a session directing 20 online players, which is my new personal best!
I love making epic and beautiful shots and I love problem solving my way forward. I have a keen eye, a solid technical know-how and high standards. I love Premiere Pro and have dipped my toes in Unreal Engine and Unity.
